At Sunel, we attach great importance to women's labor force and employment, women's participation in economic activities and their employment in the workforce. We consider this issue in the broad context of gender equality, women's rights and economic development. We also believe that increasing women's economic independence is important for gender equality and can contribute to women's empowerment. In Sunel, it is important to achieve gender equality and create a work environment where women are in leadership positions and have the same opportunities as men."
